Students are advised to check their scheduled time and keep to them to avoid overcrowding and keep to the required social distancing as per the World Health Organisations stipulations. Students will not be allowed on Machabeng campus without a mask. Once a student is done with clearance procedures, they clear off the school premises.
Students should ensure they have handed in all the assignments to their respective subject teachers by the set deadlines. Failure to do so means they are not graded in the missing assignments and this has implications on the End of Year grade for the specific student.
No clearance by the student means no End of Year report
S4 and DP1: take note that you will still be allowed to keep the textbooks to use for holiday assignments and to study. However, you have to bring the books to show evidence you have them intact.
Students who have cleared with the school will collect their reports on 5th and 6th July 2020. A schedule for collection of reports will be sent at a later date.
Thank you for the continued focus and hard work by both staff and students.
